Absolute Pleasure. After 16 years of travel, including 4 annual trips to Switzerland, I would like to provide you with some positive feedback. While being rather unimpressed with the airline fees charged to change a flight for my wedding in Zürich, the process was sweetened somewhat by the excellent customer service of your staff. This is the first time I have utilised your company, and each time I have made contact, the phone has been answered very politely and attentively by all members of your staff. Furthermore, in all my dealings concerning travel, I've yet to find such a helpful, genuine and pleasant consultant as Michelle. Hello London! Thanks for the tip on iFly / Select World Travel. I have been looking to go to London in July and booked for 2, just under $5000 return. Checked on the Qantas site, and it was $26000 for the same period, and now flying Emirates under Qantas flight numbers.

She took the time to look at dates and explain to me the costs and was so patient and considerate the whole time. She called me back promptly with a confirmed date and cost.
